Cleanliness: The hotel was quite clean and well-maintained. Location: This place is conveniently located in the middle of the city and near the residential area, making it easy to access the shop area and the city center. Breakfast: The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. Staff: The staff members were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist in any way they could.
Not obvious to find: The hotel was a bit difficult to locate initially due to a lack of clear signage or directions.

The location is convenient for exploring Malang and Batu. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and safe accommodations. Good breakfast and coffee.

Beautiful garden and stunning views from the rooftop. We also appreciated the modern and well-maintained rooms. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Key location aspect was the easy access to public transportation.
The slow service at the restaurant. the noise level from the guest rooms adjacent to us was quite high and made it difficult to relax and unwind.

The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had a good location, making it easy to travel around the city. the rooftop garden was a pleasant surprise and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The room lighting was very dim, making it difficult to see properly. The lack of amenities in the room, such as a hot water boiler and coffee/tea, was also disappointing.
